At DuaDrop, we curate pre-loved designer pieces with care. We want you to love your purchase — and we're committed to a transparent and fair returns process.

Important Notice for Pre-Loved Items

To avoid any issues after purchase, please read the item description carefully and review all photos before buying. Pay close attention to the size measurements and any noted flaws. All DuaDrop items are pre-loved and second-hand — this is part of their character, and even items described as being in excellent vintage condition may show subtle signs of wear.

Right of Withdrawal (EU) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal via info@duadrop.nl
• In the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact
• Please note that you can only return your item if the green tag is still attached 
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

As all DuaDrop items are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of additional wear or damage after delivery. 

Return Shipping Only when it arrives in its original state (same state as it left our office; unworn/ unwashed/ undamaged/ smell-free), we are able to refund the full amount of the item(s). That is why we kindly ask you to ship the item back secured and registered (with track and trace), so we can assist you if any problem pops up. Shipping costs (and custom fees) will not be refunded. 

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as sale
• Items altered or repaired after purchase
• Items without the green return tag

Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@duadrop.nl.
