1. Processing Time All DuaDrop orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. DuaDrop has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@duadrop.nl. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but DuaDrop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
