1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of duadrop.nl and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. DuaDrop is a curated online store specialising in pre-loved designer fashion, based in the Netherlands.

2. Products All items sold by DuaDrop are second-hand and pre-owned. Each item is unique and sold as described. We make every effort to accurately represent the condition, measurements, and any flaws of each item through detailed descriptions and photographs. Please review these carefully before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. The buyer of the item is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied by his/her country. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Availability As all items are one-of-a-kind, availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is confirmed. In the rare event that an item is no longer available after your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. DuaDrop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property All content on duadrop.nl — including photos, text, and branding — is the property of DuaDrop and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability DuaDrop is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by Dutch law.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.
